Helena was born in Barcelona, Spain. She initiated dance with Spanish dance, traditional dances and ballet. After graduating from Conservatoire Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, she furthered her studies at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
