Shani Licht was born in Israel in 1994. She grew up in Jerusalem and studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and its conservatory. In the summer of 2011 she took part in the Israel-Italy “Dance is Culture” project and worked with choreographers Adi Salant and Mauro Astolfi.
