Nahimana Vandenbussche started dancing at the age of 7 in Bruges, Belgium doing Ballet and Jazz. From 2001 untill 2007 he went to the Royal Balletschool of Antwerp to get his professional dance education. From 2007 untill 2009 he then went to D.A.N.C.E 2 ( Dance Apprentice Network aCrosse Europe ) directed by William Forsythe, Wayne McGregor, Frédéric Flamand and Angelin Preljocaj. During this 2 years he was an apprentice of the 4 companies ( The forsythe company in Dresden Germany,studio Wayne Mcgregor in London UK, Ballet national de Marseille in Marseille France and ballet Preljocaj in Aix en provence France.

He joined the Ballet National de Marseille from 2009 untill 2025 where he had the privilege to work with 3 sets of Artistic directors: Frédéric Flamand, Emio Grecco and Pieter C sholten, (la)horde.
