Nnamdi Nwagwu is an Afro-Italian Choreographer and International Guest Artist trained at Professione Danza Parma and Codarts university of Arts, with further studies at Alvin Ailey and NDT S.I. A recipient of international awards, he has created and performed works worldwide, collaborating with institutions such as the Stuttgart Ballet,Ballet Dortmund, National Ballet of Canada, Royal Ballet School, and Paris Opera Ballet. He is a regular Guest Choreographer for Teatro Regio di Parma, Korzo Theater, Teatro Sociale di Como, and Codarts Dance Company. In 2025, he premiered new works for the Stuttgart Ballet, the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet with ISH, and his first self production Le Prefiche, winner of the ORSOLINA28 creation call. He was also shortlisted for Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30. Beyond the stage, Nnamdi works as a movement director for brands including Vogue, Tod’s, Zalando, Tinder, and Calvin Klein."
